Altar of the Heart Church is a sacred space for those seeking enlightenment and illumination around the truth that God resides within them. Our mission is to guide individuals on a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual awakening, as we reconnect to the altar of the one and only heart—the Divine heart that lives within us. Through sacred practices, including the sacramental use of 5-MeO-DMT (Bufo) we offer a supportive environment for personal growth, where each person can experience the profound truth that they are the Divine in form. By returning to the altar of the heart, we access our inherent power, wisdom, and love, aligning with the Divine Will to live a life of purpose, peace, and oneness with all of creation.

This is a retreat that will give you time and space to navigate what you need to feel safe in your unique seat with creation and to sit with the question in this place that has all the answers.
why bufo?
During this retreat we'll gather in ceremony on both Friday and Saturday working with low-dose Bufo sacrament accompanied by live music.
Low-dose work allows awareness to remain present.
Rather than disappearing into the experience, you'll witness the patterns, identities, beliefs, and protective strategies that have quietly shaped your life.
You'll meet them with compassion.
You'll meet yourself with love.
And you'll begin creating space for something entirely new.
Sunday morning I will be offering every participant 1:1 time with me to integrate their experience and go home with a road map to help integrate and embody the wisdom that came thru.
What We'll Experience TogetheR
Thursday: 3pm arrival, cacao and offrenda, Gathering and centering the communal circle with writing prompts and relational healing reflections. Followed by dinner and a fire with songs to lift our prayers.
Friday: Early morning Yuba river meditation and embodiment practice, breakfast, rest time, pool time, embodiment practices, ceremony, dinner, nightly fire with songs, play and fun.
Saturday: Yoga, breakfast, embodiment practices, down time, pool time, ceremony, dinner, fire and fun.
Sunday: 1:1’s integration with Sarah with a roadmap to go home with, river baptism, offering our flowers and completing our circle.
