I will forever be a student and teacher of spirituality.  I’m a mother to 2 beautiful boys and a miniature schnauzer, I’m a medicine woman, a spiritual coach and a yoga teacher.  I focus on reconnecting humans back to God consciousness that is already within them and teach them how to reprogram their subconscious mind so they truly can feel confident and worthy to follow their heart and step into their soul mission in this lifetime.

My journey started almost 7 years ago when I decided to take a huge leap of faith and leave my marriage of 8 years when I had 2 little boys.  I watched the Universe meet me every step of the way as I created a whole new life for myself. I remember hearing “Your work in this world is to teach women how to trust themselves.” So I spent 6 years deeply healing and cultivating a new relationship with myself. It was my long journey with plant and earth medicines that led me to this work of learning who I am underneath all of the programming, limiting beliefs, and fears of my mind. My path hasn’t been easy. I struggled financially for many years as a single mother and when I truly realized it was my perception shaping my reality, everything in my world changed. 

I like to say that Bufo found me and showed me my authentic path. It’s been a series of many deaths and rebirths to find this place within myself that feels perfect, whole and complete. I am so grateful to this medicine for helping me find God inside and finally believe in myself and God as One.

God is within us and we are the ones creating our reality through our mind. I want you to know you have all the power within to create the life you truly desire and the present moment is always a new beginning, when you connect with love.
