Doctrinal Statement 

At Altar of the Heart Church, we believe that God is a universal, all-encompassing energy—immanent and transcendent—present within every living being and throughout all of Creation. The heart is the sacred altar where we reconnect with the Divine, realizing that our true nature is one of love, wisdom, and power. By journeying inward, we reclaim our innate divinity and awaken to the truth that we are co-creators of our reality, with the ability to heal, transform, and align ourselves with Divine Will.

We honor the Earth as our sacred home, the place where we root ourselves and find balance. Through reconnecting with the Earth and the elements, we align our bodies, minds, and spirits with nature’s wisdom, fostering deep healing and transformation. As we return to the altar of the heart, we reconnect not only with the Divine within, but with the Earth beneath our feet, embracing our role as stewards of both our inner and outer worlds. Together, we live in harmony with the Earth and the greater flow of all Creation.

Statement of Faith 

We believe that God is a universal, all-encompassing energy, both immanent and transcendent, present within every living being and throughout all of creation. God is the source of all life, wisdom, love, and healing.

We believe that the heart is the sacred altar where the Divine meets the self. The heart is the center of our spiritual being, and through it, we experience communion with God and the universe.

We believe that every individual has the divine potential to awaken to their true nature, heal past wounds, and align with their highest self. We recognize that each of us carries patterns and programs—beliefs, behaviors, and emotional imprints—that can limit our spiritual growth and connection to the Divine. Through conscious awareness and the healing of these patterns, we reclaim our authentic power and step into the fullness of who we are meant to be.

We believe in the sacredness of the Earth and its role in our spiritual journey. The Earth is our home, a living, breathing entity that nurtures and sustains us. By connecting deeply with the Earth and the natural world, we heal our bodies, minds, and spirits, restoring balance within ourselves and with all of creation.

We believe that the sacred sacrament of 5-MeO-DMT (Bufo), a powerful entheogen that opens the door to higher consciousness, divine connection, and spiritual transformation, is a gift from the Creator. Through the ceremonial use of this medicine, we seek to connect with the Divine, expand our awareness, and heal the wounds that separate us from our true selves.

We believe in the power of self-empowerment and the ability of each person to co-create their reality in alignment with Divine Will. We are not passive recipients but active participants in the unfolding of our lives and our spiritual journeys.

We believe in unconditional love as the highest force in the universe. Love is the essence of who we are, and through love, we transcend separation and awaken to our oneness with all beings.

We believe that through the practice of ceremony, prayer, meditation, and sacred ritual, we can deepen our connection to the Divine, the Earth, and each other. Our faith is not only about belief, but about lived experience, embodiment, and the expression of our divinity in the world.

We believe that our path is one of peace, love, and service to others. As we awaken to our divine nature, we are called to serve the world through compassionate action, creating a space of healing and transformation for all beings.

Our Ceremonial Practice:

At the Altar of the Heart, we use 5-MeO-DMT (Bufo) in sacred ceremony as a means to connect with God, experience spiritual unity, and undergo profound personal transformation. Through these sacred rituals, participants are invited to explore the mysteries of existence, heal past trauma, and deepen their understanding of the eternal nature of the soul. We believe these ceremonies, when conducted with respect, reverence, and preparation, provide powerful opportunities for spiritual growth, clarity, and healing.
